Recruiting Account Specialist
Location: Goodyear, AZ
Travel Required: Tempe to Goodyear
Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $20-$24 DOE

Masis Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Account Specialist to support a key manufacturing and production client in Goodyear, AZ. This role serves as the primary on-site and operational liaison between the client and Masis branches, ensuring consistent communication, workforce stability, and high-level service delivery.

This position is ideal for someone who is tough-skinned, adaptable, relationship-driven, and willing to roll up their sleeves. You will own the day-to-day responsibility for this client while recruiting across multiple production and manufacturing roles.

The Recruiting Account Specialist is a Masis core employee, reporting to the Tempe Branch Manager, and will work closely with supporting branches to meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the Goodyear client
• Conduct regular client check-ins, including early morning attendance as needed
• Act as the liaison between the client and Masis branch teams
• Foster strong working relationships between supporting branches and the client
• Recruit, source, screen, and place candidates for manufacturing and production roles
• Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support client needs
• Manage attendance issues, performance concerns, and workforce challenges in real time
• Coordinate hiring needs, start dates, and onboarding requirements
• Ensure compliance with client expectations and Masis staffing standards
• Proactively identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, account management, or workforce coordination
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
• Able to manage competing priorities and shifting client demands
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Thick-skinned, resilient, and solution-oriented
• Highly flexible with schedule and daily responsibilities
• Willing and able to travel regularly between Tempe and Goodyear
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Proficient with ATS systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
