Investment Liaison
Tyler, TX
Our client is a growing wealth management firm seeking an Investment Liaison to support Advisors and serve as a key point of contact for clients. The Investment Liaison partners closely with Advisors, custodians, and internal teams to support portfolio activity, maintain accurate client information, and contribute to a positive, long-term client experience. This position offers meaningful exposure to investment management and career growth within the firm.
Act as the primary contact between clients and Advisors, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
Support the preparation of investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client reports
Coordinate with custodians, product providers, and internal teams to process transactions and resolve account-related issues
Maintain accurate client and account records in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience
Working knowledge of investment products including mutual funds, ETFs, annuities, and alternative investments
Familiarity with financial planning and investment management concepts
FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63/65/66 preferred, or willingness to obtain
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach
$20 – $25 an hour dependent on experience
