Responsibilities of the Shipper
Receive, scan, and verify incoming merchandise.
Prepare, wrap, and label pallets for shipping.
Track inventory using warehouse scanning systems.
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
Ensure products are stored in the correct temperature zones.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Communicate with supervisors and team members about any shipping or inventory issues.
Requirements of the Shipper
Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
Experience working in cold environments is a plus.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Forklift certification or experience required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
