Afternoon Morning Molding Machine Operator

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Afternoon Morning Molding Machine Operator to join their team. This temp-to-hire position offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to work with advanced molding equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality products.
Responsibilities of the Afternoon Morning Molding Machine Operator
Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Operate and monitor molding machines to produce high-quality products.
Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Maintain accurate production records.
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues as needed.
Inspect molded parts for quality and conformity using hand-held measuring devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers, vernier, go/no-go gauges).
Requirements of the Afternoon Morning Molding Machine Operator
U.S. Citizen or holder of a Permanent Resident Card (ITAR regulation compliance).
High school diploma or GED.
Dependable and reliable transportation to and from work.
Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
Experience with hand-held measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, vernier, etc.).
Safety-conscious attitude.
Strong attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructions accurately.

Full training provided during 1st shift to set you up for success on 3rd shift.

Shift: 2nd shift 2:50pm – 11:00pm
