We are currently hiring for Secondary Operations for local manufacturing companies based out of Londonderry, NH.
1st shift opportunity, with pay ranging from $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and location.
The Secondary Operations team member is responsible for performing a variety of hands-on tasks to support production, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
Ability to use basic hand tools, including hand grinders and deburring tools
Operate drill presses, sanders, and pedestal grinders as needed
Lift 40–50 lbs. periodically throughout the shift
Multitask effectively between assignments in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with a microscope preferred
Deburring very small parts under a microscope is a plus
Operate Millennium’s chip spinner to process metal chips
Prepare bar stock for Swiss machines on the shop floor
Maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate strong accountability in completing daily assigned tasks
Work collaboratively as a team player to support overall production goals
