Job Description:
As a Production Assembler, you’ll:
Assemble product parts on the production line you will be assembling wiring and cables for parts. following guidelines and safety standards
Read and interpret drawings, schematics, travelers, and bills of materials
Use a variety oftools and equipment (measuring tools, crimp tools, wire cutting and stripping machines)
Perform hand crimping, spot tie, continuous lacing, flat lacing, and apply heat shrink sleeving and boots
Solder pins, contacts, solder cups, micro-miniature components, solder sleeves, and bus wire splices
Prepare and pot assemblies, clean molds, and mix compounds using precision fixtures
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet exact standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Report discrepancies or equipment issues promptly
Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
Must pass background check and drug test
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
