Job Summary & Responsibilities:
The Smalls Picking Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, picking, and preparing small-item products to fulfill customer orders according to pick lists and shipping schedules. This role involves locating items within designated warehouse areas, verifying part numbers and quantities, and ensuring all selected products meet quality standards before packing or staging for shipment.
The associate maintains an organized picking area, restocks pick locations as needed, reports inventory discrepancies or shortages to a supervisor, and follows all safety and operational procedures. The Smalls Picking Associate is expected to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
