Join our team at a food manufacturing warehouse specializing in jerky, meat sticks, sausage, pickling, and portable snacks like protein boxes. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a company dedicated to high-quality food production.

Location: Martinsville, VA
Schedule: Monday – Saturday
6:00 AM – 3:00 PM $17.80 HR
3:00 PM – 12:00 AM $18.20 / Hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Production Line Work: Operating within an assembly line to prepare, package, and inspect food products for quality.
• Food Production: Using equipment to process and package food items, ensuring all products meet company and regulatory standards.
• Packing & Assembly: Sorting, labeling, and packaging finished food products for distribution.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Following strict sanitation and safety procedures to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) (No jewelry, piercings, fake eyelashes, nails, or nail polish).

Work Environment:

• Cold Environment: This position requires working in cold temperature facility to ensure food safety. Expect cool to cold conditions throughout the shift.
• Fast-Paced Setting: Requires standing for long periods, repetitive movements, and working efficiently to meet production goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in food handling, assembly, or production preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work on a fast-moving production line.

This role may require extended hours based on production needs, including work after regular business hours and on weekends.
