Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for the 1st shift to oversee operations in their food manufacturing facility. Join our client's team and ensure the highest standards of quality control are met.
1st shift: $25-$30/HR
7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities of the Supervisor
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow on the 1st shift.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet industry standards.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve production goals.
Monitor and report on production performance and progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Requirements of the Supervisor
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
