Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (may extend later with overtime) Be flexible to transition to a 2nd shift role 2pm-10:30pm 60-90 days in the future.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift/Order Picker Operator to join our warehouse team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Crown Reach or Cherry Picker forklifts while fulfilling orders accurately using an RF handheld scanner. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Crown Reach or Order/Cherry Picker forklifts to pick, move, and transport materials within the warehouse.
• Use RF handheld scanners to accurately pick and track inventory.
• Stand for extended periods and repetitively lift up to 50 pounds.
• Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage, workstations, or shipping areas.
• Inspect materials for quality, defects, and correct labeling.
• Identify materials by part number or written description.
• Manually move materials onto or from pallets, shelves, or carts as needed.
• Convey materials from storage or work sites to designated areas efficiently and safely.
• Accurately count, weigh, and record materials on daily production sheets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning machines and equipment.
• Assemble crates or packaging for products when required.
• Attach identifying tags, labels, or markings to materials, cases, or other containers.
• Follow all company safety rules, regulations, and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Crown Reach, Cherry Picker, or similar forklifts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable using RF handheld scanners for inventory and order tracking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and workplace organization.
