Solderer Assembler
North Haven, CT

Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch soldering and assembling. Our client is seeking a Solderer Assembler for the 1st shift to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Solderer Assembler
Ability to read and analyze instructions and procedures, engineering drawings, schematics and specifications
Ability to locate and analyze complex production problems.
- Ability to read assembly prints and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to solder with accuracy.
- Ability to work with components.
- Operation of multiple types of soldering equipment.
- Assembly problem-solving on the fly is critical
Requirements of the Solderer/Assembler
Ability to manually place and solder within defined period-of-time.
Must have soldering experience
Knowledge of assembly procedures, processes, and quality specifications
Ability to utilize hand tools; Good dexterity, eye/hand coordination
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Ability to read, understand and follow assembly instructions, including visual aids and drawings.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation/Benefits for the Solderer/Assembler

Pay Rate: $17.50 DOE
