Job Title: Kitting/Handwork Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitting/Handwork Associate to support our production team. This position involves assisting with small finishing equipment, assembling kits, and handling a variety of handwork tasks. The ideal candidate can work independently, follow established processes, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the operation of small finishing equipment.
Perform kitting and hand assembly of various products according to instructions.
Follow prescribed processes and directions with minimal supervision.
Accurately count, box, and tape finished products.
Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency in all tasks.
Support general production and packaging activities as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Basic math and counting skills for inventory and assembly tasks.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
Work Environment:
This is a hands-on, active role in a production or warehouse environment. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet and handling repetitive tasks.
Pay Rate: $17.84
