Masis Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Technicians to join our manufacturing team located in Vandalia OH, 45377.
Shift and pay:
1st Shift – Mon-Thurs 7 AM-4 PM /// Friday 7 AM-1 PM
Required to work scheduled overtime and some weekends.
$18/ hr
Role Summary:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear. The employee is required to use fine finger dexterity for operating a computer and keypad or keyboard. May be requested to lift up to 25-50 pounds, with or without assistance. Ability to distinguish colors and focus vision for distance to microscope visualization and the ability to distinguish and recognize color is required.
Key Job Responsibilities
• In-Process Inspection
• Final inspection of finished products
• Track and report on quality performance at pre-established intervals and report results.
• Calibration of measurement and testing tools
• Support and or perform process audits in support of organizational objectives
• Ensure proper root cause analysis in problem solving for continual improvement.
• Other related duties and/or projects as identified.
Minimum Job Qualifications
• 1-3 years of quality inspection experience, prefer experience in electronics or wire harness manufacturing. But will consider individuals from other industries.

• Intermediate- MS Office
• Ability to read, write, listen, and otherwise communicate and understand effectively in English is required.
