CNC Machine Operator/Machine Operator
Milford, CT

Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a dedicated 1st shift CNC Machine Operator to become an integral part of their team.
 

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator

  • Operate CNC machines, loading material, monitoring operation, and taking measurements to ensure quality production.

  • Follow and maintain quality assurance procedures; perform in-process quality audits.

  • Troubleshoot machining processes, adjust and reprogram controls, and replace worn tools as needed.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and adhere to all safety standards.

Requirements of the Machine Operator

  • Previous Machine/CNC Machine Operator Experience Required
  • CNC Swiss and CNC Star Machine Experience preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Strong math skills (decimals, conversions, basic algebra, and geometry).

  • Proficiency using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, optical comparators).

  • Proven reliability, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

Compensation/Benefits for the Machine Operator $17 to $20 DOE
