Masis is hiring for a 1st shift (Sunday-Thursday) Warehouse Associate in Londonderry, NH at a payrate of $18/hour.
Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate III – Outbound is responsible for advanced warehouse operations related to the accurate picking, packing, staging, and shipping of outbound orders. This role supports high-volume distribution operations by ensuring timely order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with workflow coordination. The position may also serve as a resource for training new associates and supporting supervisors in daily outbound operations.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company procedures and quality standards.
Verify order accuracy, product counts, and shipping documentation before orders leave the facility.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, or reach trucks as required.
Stage and organize outbound shipments to ensure efficient loading and carrier pickup.
Assist with coordinating outbound workflow to meet shipping deadlines and productivity targets.
Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock verification when needed.
Train and mentor junior warehouse associates on outbound procedures, safety standards, and system usage.
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety and operational guidelines.
Communicate with supervisors and cross-functional teams regarding order issues, delays, or discrepancies.
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse best practice
