Masis Staffing has the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Guest Services representative to start ASAP. Ideal candidates will need to have the experience below.

Responsibility of the Guest Services :

Assigning and Blocking rooms in the system
Pre-blocking rooms
Fulfilling guests
resolving room allocation issues to provide a seamless guest experience

Requirements for the Guest Services :

Assigns rooms based on guest preferences, special requests, and VIP status.
Ensures room availability and prevents overbooking by blocking and managing room inventory
Open to work 1st and 2nd shift (flexible including weekends)
Computer skills are a MUST

Starting Compensation for Guest Services.
