Position/Title: CNC Machinist
Experience: 2–5+ years
Schedule: First Shift – 10-hour days, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (4-day work week); potential overtime on Fridays
Location: Precision machining job shop (exact location provided upon interview)
Duration: Direct-hire opportunity with full-time, long-term growth potential
Pay Rate: $25-$35/hr (DOE)

What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate CNC mills with confidence
Read and interpret blueprints like the back of your hand
Make adjustments and troubleshoot at the machine – you take ownership
Work independently, but also collaborate with a team that actually shares ideas
What You Bring (Machinist I):
2+ years of CNC experience, blueprint skills, setup ability, and attention to detail that borders on obsessive (we mean that as a compliment).
What You Bring (Machinist II):
5+ years of experience, deeper setup and troubleshooting mastery, and the ability to mentor developing machinists.
Bonus Skills That Make You Shine (Not Required, but Wow Us):
5-axis milling experience
Program editing or proving out new jobs
Prior job shop background
