Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely execution of manufacturing schedules.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety regulations, and company policies.
• Train, lead, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and uphold safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production metrics, downtime, and material usage.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to resolve production issues and optimize workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and workstations to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• Assist in implementing and sustaining continuous improvement (CI) initiatives including lean manufacturing, 5S, and waste reduction efforts.
• Manage employee schedules, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
• Support and enforce company policies related to safety, sanitation, and workplace conduct.
• All other duties assigned by management.
