Project Manager
A growing construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, including educational, industrial, commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments. This role manages projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Project Manager Responsibilities
Define, evaluate, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules using Microsoft Project
Manage subcontractors, procurement, and resources including labor, materials, and equipment
Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and project completion
Project Manager Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5+ years of project management experience on commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction management principles and best practices
Experience with Procore preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Project Manager Compensation
Salary up to $130,000
