Machine Operator

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client in the Northbridge area is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their team. This position is crucial for operating and monitoring production machinery to produce high-quality wire mesh and related products, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator
Operate machinery according to specifications and production schedules.
Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Minimize downtime and waste through effective machine operation.
Requirements of the Machine Operator
Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical instructions or blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Capability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
Compensation/Benefits for the Machine Operator
Monday to Friday – 3pm to 11:15pm (with occasional OT on Saturdays)
$16.30 hourly
