Our client is a leader in Minnesota for quality Building Automation, security, card access, surveillance, boilers/burners, and HVAC services. Great company culture looking to add to their security sales team.
Security Systems Sales Rep Responsibilities:
Identifying potential clients and markets for security solutions.
Assessing client needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
Developing and presenting sales proposals.
Negotiating contracts and pricing strategies.
Providing product demonstrations.
Security Systems Sales Rep Requirements:
Education: Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in physical security or a related industry, is often desired.
Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of security solutions including access control systems (e.g., electronic door locks, card readers), surveillance cameras (e.g., CCTV, IP cameras), and related hardware and software.
Security Systems Sales Rep Compensation:
Total compensation range $100K – $175K
Salary plus commission, with performance bonuses as well
