Quality Assurance Inspector
Londonderry, NH

Our client is seeking dedicated Quality Assurance Inspectors to join their team and ensure the highest standards of product quality and compliance.
 

Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Inspector

  • Perform product inspections using magnified visual aids and mechanical measuring devices to ensure product conformance.

  • Interpret technical data packages, including assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and schematics.

  • Foster and maintain professional relationships with team members and management.

  • Conduct RF Microwave inspections, including MMICs, resistors, diodes, capacitors, ICs, and bonding types, adhering to MIL-STD-883 requirements.

  • Utilize various inspection tools such as verniers, microscopes, and gauges.

  • Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality System requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
     

Requirements of the Quality Assurance Inspector

  • High School education or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commodities such as machined, casted, and molded components, PCB and electronic assemblies, and optical components.

  • Comprehensive understanding of ANSI/ASME Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances.

  • Familiarity with Mil-Std-883 /Mil-Prf-19500 Requirements.

  • Proficient in math for determining conformance to specifications and prints.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
