Responsibilities of the QC 3rd Shift
Follow order sheets meticulously to verify product specifications.
Accurately weigh and separate bags based on production date and batch information.
Take precise temperature readings to confirm environmental conditions meet quality standards.
Review and verify sample examples to ensure compliance with specifications.
Document quality checks and discrepancies thoroughly, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and quality protocols.
Collaborate with production teams to enhance quality assurance processes.
Requirements of the QC 3rd Shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow established procedures and standards accurately.
Proficiency in documenting and reporting quality checks and discrepancies.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with production teams.
Flexibility to work the 3rd shift schedule.
Previous experience in a quality assurance role is preferred.
