Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a manufacturing/office environment? Our client is seeking dedicated 1st shift experienced Office clerk to become an integral part of their team.
Responsibilities of the Office Clerk
Requirements of the Office Clerk
Education equivalent to a high school diploma required. Some college or administrative training preferred.
• Three (3) years of previous work experience in a business environment.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Strong attention to meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details, deadlines, and requests.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple projects and/or requests concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals throughout the company on departmental procedures, policies, and requests for information.
• Previous work experience in a team environment preferred, or a strong understanding of the importance of open communication and information sharing among co-workers.
• Able to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
Compensation/Benefits for the Office Clerk $20.00 an hour
