Production Associate – Food Manufacturing

Location: Plover, WI 54467

Pay Rate: $20.46 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Job Description:

Join our team at a food manufacturing warehouse specializing in jerky, meat sticks, sausage, pickling, and portable snacks such as protein boxes. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment with a company committed to producing high-quality food products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate within a production or assembly line to prepare, package, and inspect food products for quality.
• Use manufacturing equipment to process and package food items while meeting company and regulatory standards.
• Sort, label, and package finished goods for distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• (Note: No jewelry, piercings, fake eyelashes, artificial nails, or nail polish are permitted in the production area.)

Work Environment:

• Temperature: Approximately 40°F in production areas and 70°F in packing areas.
• Footwear: Steel-toe, slip-resistant shoes required.
• Fast-paced setting requiring standing for long periods, repetitive movements, and consistent attention to detail.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in food handling, assembly, or production is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain strict quality standards.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work efficiently on a production line.
• Willingness to work overtime or occasional Saturdays as production demands.
