Position Summary:
Responsible for assessing, training, and developing QA staff to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the Quality Assurance function.
Rotating Schedule: 2-2-3/Days or Nights
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct talent assessments to identify QA skill gaps
Facilitate training through coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring
Evaluate training effectiveness and improve facilitation methods
Ensure QA employees are properly trained and understand assigned duties
Perform periodic audits to assess employee skills and knowledge
Document and immediately communicate audit findings and performance gaps
Assist with onboarding temporary QA staff
Collaborate with team members to enhance training practices
Maintain safe work practices and correct hazards promptly
Follow all company policies, SOPs, security protocols, and ISO requirements
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency
