Position Summary:
Responsible for assessing, training, and developing QA staff to ensure compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the Quality Assurance function.

Rotating Schedule: 2-2-3/Days or Nights

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct talent assessments to identify QA skill gaps

  • Facilitate training through coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and improve facilitation methods

  • Ensure QA employees are properly trained and understand assigned duties

  • Perform periodic audits to assess employee skills and knowledge

  • Document and immediately communicate audit findings and performance gaps

  • Assist with onboarding temporary QA staff

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance training practices

  • Maintain safe work practices and correct hazards promptly

  • Follow all company policies, SOPs, security protocols, and ISO requirements

  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency
