We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Inspector.
Job Overview
This role is responsible for maintaining an effective ISO9001-documented quality system and demonstrating compliance to the standard. The position supports the organization in upholding quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments, vendors, and customers to resolve quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage quality records, logs, and documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
• Develop, analyze, and present quality Key Performance Indicators and metrics
• Support root cause investigations, risk assessments, deviations, and change control with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Provide technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and regulatory information to meet customer expectations
• Support process and product audits, assist third-party audit activities, and validate CAPA effectiveness
• Contribute to quality system improvement projects and equipment qualifications
Qualifications
Required:
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 13485 standards and quality system regulations
• Experience with inspection methods and quality documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred:
• Experience with ERP systems, with JobBOSS2 preferred
• Proven ability to lead improvement projects
