Job Title: Warehouse Helper
Location: Hickory Hills, IL
Hours: 1st Shift – Start times vary (based on workload)
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00/hr

Job Description:
The Warehouse Helper supports daily warehouse operations including order picking, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting drivers as needed. This role may include occasional ride-alongs to assist with deliveries. This is a physically active position ideal for candidates who are dependable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory.
Support drivers with deliveries as needed (ride-alongs).
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50–75 lbs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify compliant).
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen.
Must be willing to submit to a background screen.
