Masis Staffing Solutions is assisting our client in hiring Quality Control Inspectors in Putnam, CT – various shifts available.
Pay: Starting at $20/hr + shift differential
Schedule: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts available

What You’ll Do
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
Measure and inspect products using basic inspection tools (gauges, micrometers, magnification, etc.)
Identify defects and ensure products meet specifications
Record inspection results accurately following documentation procedures
Support quality and production teams to maintain standards
High school diploma or equivalent
Some experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on role
Ability to use basic measurement tools and follow work instructions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Ability to read measurements and perform basic math
Manufacturing environment
Standing/walking for most of shift
Handling small parts and inspection tools
Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
