Job Title: Stencil Machine Operator
Location: Mesa, AZ
Pay: $18.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM (schedule may vary seasonally—typically earlier start times during summer months and later start times during winter, depending on weather conditions).
Job Summary:
The Stencil Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining stencil equipment used in the production process while ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met. This role also requires forklift operation to move materials and finished products throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate stencil machines according to job specifications and work orders
Load and unload materials using a forklift safely and efficiently
Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of output
Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with quality standards
Make routine adjustments to maintain proper machine performance
Record production data, counts, and quality checks as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines
Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly
Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily goals
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
Forklift experience required
Ability to read and interpret work instructions or specifications
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Basic math and measurement skills (calipers, gauges, etc.)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs as needed
Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
