Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate
Pull and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accurate paperwork, packaging, and quantities.
Perform data entry and merchandise scan-ins to confirm order contents and track inventory.
Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials, working independently or with a team.
Assist with counter sales and delivery as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety procedures at all times.
Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, reporting any issues or necessary repairs.
Provide reliable coverage of warehouse facilities to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
Requirements of the Warehouse Associate
Experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to perform data entry and use inventory tracking systems.
Capability to lift and move heavy items as required.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
