Quality Control Inspector

Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in manufacturing? Our client is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector for the 2nd shift to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of precision and quality in the plastic injection molding industry.
Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector
Perform routine in-process and final quality inspections under the guidance of the Quality Engineer.
Utilize precision measuring and testing equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and CMM machines.
Conduct first piece, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet exact specifications.
Complete non-conformance reports and create detailed inspection documentation for new products.
Segregate defective products and assist in their disposition as directed.
Participate in Material Review Board activities and assist in non-conforming material disposition.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, wearing necessary personal protective equipment.
Requirements of the Quality Control Inspector
1 to 3 years of inspection experience in the plastic injection molding industry.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and product specifications.
Strong ability to use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
Ability to work in a production environment with exposure to industrial elements.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Compensation/Benefits for the Quality Control Inspector
Pay Rate: $19.00+ DOE
