Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment such as pumps, valves, conveyors, gear boxes, and vacuum seal machines.
Conduct calibration on plant instrumentation across multiple specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (including three-phase, 480V, and 220V).
Complete regular preventive maintenance work orders and follow GMP standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Basic math, reading, and comprehension of procedures and manuals.
Effective communication with production, maintenance, and management teams.
Skilled in mechanical troubleshooting and repair; PLC and controls knowledge preferred.
Ability to interpret electrical/pneumatic schematics and equipment manuals.
Physically able to stand, walk, climb, and lift over 55 pounds.
Comfortable in noisy, cold environments and capable of using PPE.
