Construction Builder (Production / Assembly)
Schedule: 1st shift 6:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT as needed), Monday–Friday
Type: Temp-to-hire | Pay: $15–$16/hr (based on experience)

Masis Staffing Solutions is looking for a hands-on Construction Builder to support production/assembly of building materials. This role is ideal for candidates with carpentry or construction experience who are comfortable using tools, reading measurements, and working in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

Assemble and fasten components using bolts, clips, screws, and other methods
Measure and cut materials to specifications (must be comfortable reading a tape measure)
Operate or tend equipment/machines used in the build/assembly process
Inspect product and remove defective materials as needed
Work at different stations as production demands change
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures/PPE requirements

What we’re looking for

Construction or carpentry experience (framing, trim, general labor, assembly, etc.)
Ability to read and follow instructions and work with common hand/power tools
Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) and measurement skills
Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed

Physical & work environment

Continuous standing/walking and frequent use of hands/arms
Lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently (carts available), and team lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
Loud environment with moving mechanical parts; PPE required (hearing/eye protection)
