Requirements / Responsibilities

• New College Grad, or 2-3 years of fast paced customer service experience
• Ability to engage in daily communication with potential customers through cold and warm outreach
• Ability to qualify leads and recommend appropriate supply chain solutions
• Manage the full shipment lifecycle from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely updates
• Ability to maintain a personal book of business
• Ability to develop strong client relationships, including opportunities for in-person meetings
• Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service
