Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Westborough, MA
$20-$22/hr DOE
Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations, including processing incoming materials, and maintaining accurate inventory records. If you’re detail?oriented, organized, and experienced in logistics, this role offers a strong opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment.
Receive Incoming Materials — Unload deliveries, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and match items to purchase orders.
Documentation & System Entry — Maintain accurate shipping/receiving logs, packing lists, BOLs, and update ERP/WMS systems such as Epicor.
Inventory Support — Assist with cycle counts, stock adjustments, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
Equipment Operation — Safely operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Warehouse Organization — Maintain clean, safe, and organized dock and staging areas.
KPI Reporting — Collect and report shipping/receiving metrics as directed.
Additional Duties — Support other warehouse tasks as assigned.
Education — High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Experience — 2–4 years in shipping, receiving, or material handling roles.
Technical Skills — Strong math skills and intermediate computer proficiency.
ERP/WMS Knowledge — Experience with Epicor or similar systems required.
Communication — Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Equipment Certification — Prior forklift experience or ability to pass certification.
Physical Ability — Ability to lift, move, and stage materials as needed.
Preferred Experience — Experience installing or removing pallet racking is a plus.
