Experienced Material Handler

Location: West Boylston, MA
Pay: $20.50 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 1st shift
Job Type: Full Time

Job Summary

We're seeking an Experienced Material Handler with warehouse and inventory experience to support material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience with inventory control, ERP/WMS systems, forklifts, and material movement, we'd like to hear from you.

Required Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
Experience issuing, receiving, stocking, and moving materials
Experience using a WMS or ERP system (Epicor preferred)
Forklift experience or ability to become certified
Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience

Manufacturing or electronics warehouse experience
Epicor ERP experience
Inventory control and cycle counting
Kitting and material distribution
Warehouse organization and material storage

Responsibilities

Receive, issue, stock, and move materials throughout the facility
Perform kitting and material replenishment
Complete inventory transactions using the ERP/WMS system
Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Ensure accurate inventory and warehouse organization
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
Support inventory accuracy and warehouse operations
