General Labor / Production Associate
$18/hr | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Associates in a fast-paced solar manufacturing environment. This role involves supporting the assembly and production of solar panels while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production equipment used in the assembly process
  • Load and handle raw materials and components to support production lines
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines
  • Accurately track production output and maintain required documentation
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred (solar experience a plus)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand and power tools
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed
