Summer Internship | Hands-On Engineering Experience | Competitive Pay Launch Your Engineering Career Gain real-world experience building complex automated systems, prototypes, and electrical/mechanical assemblies. Work alongside Engineering and Quality teams. Pay Range: $19 – $26/hour (based on experience and level) Work Locations: Westborough, MA & West Boylston, MA What You’ll Do: Build real-world technology by working on cutting-edge products in medical devices, robotics, and automation. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience assembling electrical and mechanical systems, wiring and building equipment, and supporting products from early prototypes through full production—all while working alongside engineering teams. Skill Levels: Level I: Basic Assembly
Follow detailed instructions to assemble mechanical and electrical components
Use hand and power tools to complete simple builds
Level II: Wiring & Troubleshooting
Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to complete assemblies
Perform wiring, system integration, and basic troubleshooting
Level III: Complex Builds & Leadership
Build, test, and troubleshoot complex systems and equipment
Lead team efforts, train others, and support workflow coordination
