Launch Your Engineering Career
Gain real-world experience building complex automated systems, prototypes, and electrical/mechanical assemblies. Work alongside Engineering and Quality teams.
Pay Range: $19 – $26/hour (based on experience and level)
Work Locations: Westborough, MA & West Boylston, MA
What You’ll Do: Build real-world technology by working on cutting-edge products in medical devices, robotics, and automation. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience assembling electrical and mechanical systems, wiring and building equipment, and supporting products from early prototypes through full production—all while working alongside engineering teams.
Skill Levels:
Level I: Basic Assembly
Level II: Wiring & Troubleshooting
Level III: Complex Builds & Leadership
