Ink Technician – Manufacturing / Printing

Lebanon, IN and Bowling Green, KY
Up to $25 | Full-Time (Temp-to-Hire) | 2nd shift/3rd shift

Ink Technician

We’re hiring an Ink Technician to support a fast-paced production environment. You’ll mix and prepare inks used in packaging—everything from cardboard boxes and food packaging to labels and plastic films. Inks may be water-based, solvent-based, or UV-cured.

What You’ll Do

Mix, weigh, and prepare inks for production
Perform color checks (X-Rite or similar)
Support press operations and troubleshoot issues
Track inventory, production, and quality data
Maintain a clean, safe workspace (Lean / 5S)

What We’re Looking For

Experience in printing, coatings, paint mixing, or manufacturing
Strong attention to detail (color and quality)
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills
