Masis Professional Group is assisting our manufacturing client in searching for a bilingual Night Shift Supervisor in Leominster MA – and condensed 3-day workweek! This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and prefers a condensed 3-day work week.
This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who can supervise production employees, communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and keep operations running smoothly during overnight production hours.
Pay Range: $70,000 to $80,000 based on experience + excellent benefits
