Ideal candidates will have at least 1 years’ warehouse previous experience and good organization skills. Bilingual is helpful-
Shifts available: Monday through Friday 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Responsibilities for the Assembly 2nd shift position
Bilingual Lead – 2nd Shift (Immediate Start)/Brooklyn Park,Minnesota
Pay: $18.00/hour + Overtime
Schedule: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Bilingual Lead to join our team for 2nd shift. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and taking on a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Check in employees at the start of shift
Act as door security to ensure proper access and safety protocols
Track and calculate total employee hours (must be comfortable with basic math)
Walk the floor to support warehouse team members
Requirements:
Bilingual (Hmong,English/Spanish preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and multitask
Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
