Job Description:
The Board Washer is responsible for cleaning printed circuit boards using an automated wash machine. This entry-level position involves loading circuit boards into a dishwasher-like cleaning system, operating the machine according to standard procedures, and unloading boards once the cleaning cycle is complete. The role supports production by ensuring boards are properly cleaned and ready for the next stage of processing.
Responsibilities:
Load printed circuit boards into the automated wash machine according to established procedures.
Operate the board washing equipment and monitor cycles to ensure proper cleaning.
Unload boards after completion of the wash cycle and place them in designated areas.
Inspect boards visually for cleanliness and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Assist with general production support tasks as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
Entry-level position – no prior experience required.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18 years or older
Must be eligible to work in the US
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
