Production – Test & Inspection (Salem, NH)

Masis Staffing Solutions is currently hiring for a Production – Test & Inspection position in Salem, NH. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with experience in inspection, testing, and quality standards within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection of cable assemblies and related components according to workmanship standards, technical drawings, and industry requirements
  • Use magnifying lamps and microscopes for extended periods during detailed inspections
  • Support the ongoing development and improvement of product workmanship standards
  • Identify, report, and help control non-conforming products
  • Use basic measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, and various gauges
  • Verify electrical performance using cable harness testing equipment
  • Assist with company test equipment and hand tool calibration programs as needed
  • Support additional production duties when required, including crimping, hand assembly, and packing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards
  • Experience using Cirris cable testers
  • Previous experience working within an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
