Job Title: Packer
Location: Romeoville, IL
Hours: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (+OT)
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Description:
The Packer plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations within the Large Pack area by safely and accurately packing large quantities and oversized items. This position requires strong warehouse experience, attention to detail, and basic computer skills, including Excel. Packers must be comfortable handling heavy items and working extended shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities:

• Pack large quantities and large items accurately according to work instructions
• Safely lift, move, and handle items weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Inspect products for accuracy and quality before packing
• Utilize computer systems and Excel to complete documentation and tracking
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines, especially related to heavy lifting and material handling
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed to support operations

Requirements:

• Strong warehouse background required
• Computer skills required; Excel experience preferred
• Knowledge of proper heavy lifting techniques
• Logistics and/or Shipping experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working long shifts, overtime, and possible Saturdays
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
• Must be willing to submit to a background screen
