We are seeking dependable, mechanically inclined individuals to join our manufacturing team in a Metal Manufacturing Support role.

In this position, you will support the finishing and production of precision metal parts after the primary machining process is completed. This role involves operating production equipment, performing setups and tooling changes, inspecting parts, and helping maintain production flow.

Responsibilities

• Operate secondary production equipment and smaller manufacturing machines
• Perform drilling, tapping, deburring, pressing, assembly, reaming, and polishing operations
• Complete tooling changes and machine setups
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Support production flow and maintain efficient output
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work with machinery and hand tools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Team-oriented with strong reliability and work ethic

Ideal Backgrounds

Experience in:

• Screw machining
• CNC machining
• Metal stamping
• Forming operations
• Precision manufacturing

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
