Manufacturing Operators – Industrial Metal Processing

Join a growing industrial manufacturing company specializing in metal processing and heat treating operations. We are seeking dependable, hands-on individuals with experience in industrial manufacturing environments who are comfortable working with metal products, machinery, and production equipment in a fast-paced setting.

Shift Openings

2nd & 3rd Shift Available
Paid training provided on 2nd shift for approximately 4 weeks

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor industrial metal processing and heat treating equipment
• Load and unload metal parts, baskets, racks, and materials into production equipment
• Support production flow through various metal finishing and processing stages
• Perform quality inspections using measuring and inspection tools
• Follow production specifications, work instructions, and safety standards
• Monitor parts for proper processing, hardness, and surface quality
• Assist with material handling and movement of metal products throughout the facility
• Work closely with production teams to maintain workflow and efficiency

Relevant Experience We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates with experience in industrial manufacturing or metal processing environments, including:

• Heat treating or metal finishing experience
• Machine operation in a manufacturing setting
• CNC, stamping, forming, screw machining, or machining support experience
• Furnace operation or industrial processing equipment experience
• Manufacturing production experience involving metal parts or components
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other inspection tools
• Material handling in an industrial or heavy manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and production standards
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team-oriented production environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in an industrial manufacturing environment throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn specialized metal processing equipment and procedures

Pay & Benefits

• $24.00 – $26.00 per hour
• Full-time Direct Hire opportunity
