Job Seeker

FAQs

When you submit an application with us, you’re providing your resume, contact information, work history, and other relevant details so we can match you with open positions at our clients’ businesses. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee employment.

The time it takes to place a candidate can vary based on a few key factors – such as the availability of positions that match your experience, your proximity to the job sites, and any client or role required screenings and background checks. While we aim to find the right fit for you as quickly as possible, the timeline can vary from person to person.

No, you don’t necessarily need a car to work with Masis. However, unless the job is remote or within walking distance to your place of residence, you’ll likely need access to some form of personal or public transportation.

Once you apply, our recruiters will review your information. Based on your skills and experience, we’ll reach out when a suitable position becomes available. You may be invited to a phone screen first, and if that goes well, we’ll schedule an in-person interview and have you complete any additional necessary paperwork.

Make sure to bring the following items to your interview:

  • A copy of your most current resume
  • Names and phone numbers for references and emergency contacts
  • Your Driver’s License and Social Security Card (or a Birth Certificate or Passport if you don’t have a Social Security Card)
  • A voided check or a bank letter for Direct Deposit setup
  • And of course, a firm handshake and a smile!

You can find the nearest branch and apply in person by visiting our Locations Page. Simply search for a branch near you and stop by—we’d be happy to assist you!
