Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Environment: Cleanroom environment (Controlled, climate-controlled, dust-free environment)
The Cleanroom Operator is responsible for the precise assembly, handling, and processing of sensitive electronic components and custom display solutions. Operating inside a designated cleanroom environment, this role requires strict adherence to contamination control protocols, meticulous attention to detail, and the handling of delicate, minute items using specialized tools and optical adhesives.
Cleanroom Protocol: Maintain 100% compliance with cleanroom gowning, personal protective equipment (PPE), and electrostatic discharge (ESD) standards throughout the entire shift.
Precision Assembly: Perform intricate assembly and bonding of display components, touch sensors, and optical materials using precision tools and machinery.
Material Handling: Safely handle and apply custom manufacturing materials, including optical adhesives, while preventing bubbles, alignment errors, or particle contamination.
Equipment Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate automated or semi-automated production and bonding equipment.
Documentation & 5S: Maintain cleanroom sanitation standards according to 5S principles; document process variables and tool outputs accurately.
Experience: 1+ years of manufacturing experience; prior experience in a cleanroom environment, semiconductor, or electronics assembly is highly preferred.
Dexterity: Exceptional hand-eye coordination and the ability to manipulate very small, delicate parts under magnification or bright lighting.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods wearing a full cleanroom suit. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Discipline: Strong focus, patience, and the ability to strictly follow detailed, multi-step standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Compliance: Must meet ITAR eligibility requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) and hold a High School Diploma or GED.
