Job Title: Final Assembly Technician – Construction Trucks & Water Tanks

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $24.00/hr (DOE)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Position Type: Direct Hire

Masis Staffing is hiring a Final Assembly Technician for a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on direct hire opportunity for candidates with mechanical assembly, fabrication, or truck maintenance experience who enjoy building and working with heavy-duty equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and install components on construction trucks and water tank systems
  • Perform mechanical, electrical, and structural assembly using hand and power tools
  • Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
  • Conduct quality inspections and make minor repairs or adjustments as needed
  • Work safely around heavy equipment and overhead cranes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

  • Experience in mechanical assembly, truck maintenance, or a related field
  • Familiarity with electrical wiring, hydraulic systems, and mechanical systems
  • Overhead crane experience is a plus
  • Dependable with solid attendance and job stability
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
  • Must provide own tools required for assembly work

  • Tape measure
