Produce Floor Associate – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Job Description

Masis Staffing Solutions is currently hiring for a Produce Floor Associate position for a busy supermarket environment. This is a customer-facing role assisting customers on the produce floor while maintaining product displays and inventory.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with questions and product inquiries
Stack and organize fruits and vegetables
Order items from the warehouse as needed
Package and price products when required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce area
Provide excellent customer service throughout the shift

Requirements:

MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
Ability to read and count in English
Ability to create and follow lists in English
Previous produce, grocery, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus
Reliable and dependable attendance

Schedule:

Monday–Sunday availability may be required
Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Closing schedule position
Candidates must have reliable transportation or be able to use public transportation
